The abstract submission is now closed. Accepted abstracts are being notified by mail. Authors whose abstracts have been accepted should submit their full paper on or before 23/11/2012. Selected papers will be published in AIP proceedings after review. The AIP Conference Proceedings publication format for OMTAT-2013 conference will be 8.5 x 11 inch, double-column format.
The full paper must be prepared as per the requirements of AIP Proceedings. The submission formats and other document template related details can be obtained from AIP Proceedings website. As per the AIP requirements authors have to prepare Transfer copy right Agreement, Request for Permission to reprint published material, and Offprint/Reprint order. Authours shall prepare these documents and make a single PDF file containing all the above mentioned forms and should upload as attachment along with the full paper using the current account you have in EasyChair. Click on the ‘submit a new version’ link in EasyChair to upload the documents.
The maximum number of pages in the manuscript should be 6 for Invited Speakers and 4 for others.
All the participants are requested to register for the conference at the earliest and take advantage of early bird registration.
The full paper submission deadline is 23rd of November 2012.
